In this video, you will collaborate on your schedule with your group by adding tasks, meetings, and other activities. Adding tasks to your schedule helps organize the details of your community project for everyone working on it.

People can see each individual task and when it needs to be completed.

They can also see how each task and event is related to completing the entire project.

You can also add other important events to your schedule, such as group meetings.

To begin, everyone in your group should add at least two tasks, meetings, or other activities related to your project to your schedule.

Use brief, clear descriptions that explain what the event or task is and its purpose.

This will help everyone working on your project understand what they need to do and why.
