In this video, you will read the comments made by your group members within the document.

You will resolve the suggestions if you all agree or discuss if there is something you disagree with. You will then share the revised document with your teacher.

First, silently read through the story line by line at your own computer, noticing the comments made by the members of your group.

If you disagree with something your group member commented on, add a reply to the comment.

Remember to be respectful when you add your comment.

Even expert writers need to edit their own writing and have other editors look it over.

Everyone in the group can add their thoughts.

When everyone is finished making individual comments and suggestions, gather around one computer again.

Accept the suggestions if you all agree with them, and discuss each comment.

If you cannot come to an agreement as a group, consult with your teacher.

Now, go to Editing mode in the document.

After all the suggestions from the comments are discussed and implemented, Resolve the comments.

Finally, share the revised document with your teacher for review.
