1. Introduction to Present Your Ideas for Classroom Expectations
Classroom expectations are the behaviors that help make a classroom a good place for all students to learn.
Some common classroom expectations include raising your hand and waiting to be called on before speaking, coming to class on time and prepared, and not disturbing people who are working.
When students help to create classroom expectations, everyone is more likely to follow them.
In this lesson, you will work with a group to brainstorm some classroom expectations for your classroom.
You will then create a presentation about these classroom expectations.
This lesson uses Google Slides, but you could apply these skills and concepts in any presentation application or even using paper and art supplies.
As you complete this lesson, you will: Create a presentation, Brainstorm classroom expectations with a group, Add slides for each expectation to your presentation, Add images that illustrate each expectation, And share your presentation with your teacher.
