In this video, you will create slides that reveal each letter of your spelling word one-by-one.

To begin, add another slide in your presentation. To keep your own slides together, insert this new slide right after your image slide. Use the “New slide with layout” option.

Choose a layout that has a large space for text.

Click on the text box. Then, type your spelling word inside.

Make the text bigger so it fills up most of your slide. Double-click on your word.

Then, from the font size menu, choose a larger size.

Now, count the number of letters in your word.

Then, copy this slide until you have the same number of slides.

For instance, if your word is eight letters long, there should be eight slides with your word on them.

To copy a slide, use the Edit menu and select “Duplicate.”

Count your slides. If you need to add more, duplicate the slide again.

If you added too many slides by accident, click on a slide and delete it using the Edit menu.

Now, it’s your turn: Use the plus sign to add a new slide with layout, Choose a layout that has a large text box, Type your spelling word on the slide, Make the font bigger, Duplicate the slide until you have the same number of slides as there are letters in your word, And count your slides to make sure you have the correct amount.
