1. Introduction to Organize Your Time with a Digital Agenda
Organization and time management are important skills for both school and life. With planningand practice, you can learn how organization and time management will help you get thingsdone -- and enjoy your free time as well. “Organization” means:having a plan for what you need to do, being at the right place on time,and having the things you need with you.
“Time management” means: finishing tasks on time,checking your work, and making sure you follow directions -- suchas giving yourself a few minutes to put your homework in the right folder or packing yoursupplies in your school bag so they are there when you need them.
An agenda -- or calendar -- is a list of things you need to do or remember. It is a greattool to help you with organization and time management.
Some people use a planner as their calendar. Others use their computer, tablet or phone.
In this lesson, you will create your own calendar. As you create your calendar, you will learnmany new digital skills. “Digital skills” help you find information, share things withothers, or create something entirely new when you are online.
