In this video, you will add a title to your tour and select the cover image.
The title and cover image are the first things that people see when they visit your tour site.
They can help people decide whether they want to take your tour, so use them to make the
tour look and sound appealing.
To begin, create a title.
It can be informative, like “Paris, France,” or creative, like “Beautiful Architecture in Montreal.”
Use the title to identify the main purpose of your tour.
Open a new tab in your browser and navigate to images dot google dot com.
Look for an image that represents the kind of tour you want to give and that will capture people’s attention.
For example, if you are building a tour of the major battle sites in a war,
find an image of a general who was in charge.
Or, if you are creating a tour of your hometown, use an image of your favorite place.
Search for the image and make sure you have the right to use the image.
Only use images that are labelled for reuse.
From the results page, right-click on the image and save it.
Next, return to the tab with your tour and add the cover image.
Now, it’s your turn:
Add a title for your tour that identifies its main purpose,
Search the internet for a cover image,
Save the image to your Drive,
And add the image to your tour.
