4. Add Comments to Create a Story Title

In this video, you will add comments with title ideas and then add the title to your story. No story is complete without a good title.

You can each suggest title ideas and then collaborate to decide which title best completes your story.

To begin, type the word “title” in your document.

This will be replaced by your official title once your group chooses one.

Format the title to emphasize and center it.

Then, have each group member add a comment with a title suggestion.

Think about your story. You might want to refer to an important event or character in your title.

You can come up with a clever title as well, using an idea from the story.

After everyone has added a comment with a title, your group can read them over and decide which one each group member prefers.

Then, reply to the comment with your favorite title. Let the person know that you would like their idea to be the title.

The title that receives the most replies can be the title of your story!

Next, replace the word “title” with your official title to make your story complete.
