Transcript

In this lesson, you created an order form to send to a group of customers.

You: Added a description to your form...

Chose design elements...

Added questions and response choices...

Chose the settings for your form and responses...

Previewed your form...

And sent it.

The last step is to check your email to see if you have received any responses.

Don’t worry if you don’t receive any right away.

It may take some time for recipients to check their email and respond.

When you do receive a response, open it.

In your email, you have the option to look at the individual response...

Or a summary chart that shows how recipients have responded broken down into percentages.

That way, you can track the quantity of product you will need or service appointments you will need to set up.

In this lesson, you practiced adding questions and responses to a form, changing the theme and background color, linking your email to the form, and measuring responses.

Now that you know how to create a form, you can use one in multiple ways, like conducting a quick poll, And taking food orders for an event.

By using a form, you saved time and energy and gave your customers a fast and easy way to order a product.

All while helping your organization!
