4. What Should KaMar Do?

Now, KaMar has to make a decision.

In this video, your group will decide whether KaMar should ship the shoes or not.

To begin, read over the questions and ideas that your group added in the phone call and email/receipt sections of your document.

What is unclear about the transaction?

What additional information would you want before sending the shoes?

Identify one key point from each section that your group thinks is most important when deciding whether or not to ship the shoes.

Then, highlight those elements in a different color.

Next, have someone in your group add another heading titled “should KaMar ship the shoes?”

Then, return to your individual computers.

Each student should add at least one bullet point describing what KaMar should do.

Under each bullet point, use the tab key to add at least one sub bullet point explaining why KaMar should do what you suggest.

After each person has added their bullet points, join your group around one computer.

Read your suggestions and discuss them.

As a group, decide whether KaMar should ship the shoes or not.

Create a heading and add your group’s decision.

Now, it’s your turn: Re-read the first two sections of your document, Highlight the most important point in each section, Add a heading and bullet points explaining what KaMar should do and why, And add a heading and decide what KaMar should do.
