Previously, you created a logo for your event.

In this activity, you’ll use that logo to create a flyer.

Flyers are great for: promoting events and recruiting participants, attracting customers, and sharing information.

You can print flyers and hang them in the community or share them digitally.

You’ll use the menu and toolbar functions in Google Docs to format and edit your flyer.

You will add text about your event and adjust margins, spacing, font sizes, and styles.

Then, you will publish your flyer on the internet.

To start, open your event plan.

Open a new tab, select Google Drive, and open the document.

Your event plan contains a lot of important information that you’ll include on your flyer.

Then, create a new document.

Name the document “Event Flyer.”

Once you’ve created the new document, move on to the next video.

Now, it’s your turn: Open your Event Plan Create a new document.

Name the document “Event Flyer.”

Then, move on to the next video to start creating your flyer.
