6. Wrap Up Event Communication

In this activity you scheduled events and communicated action items to your team.

To do this, you: created a shared calendar and scheduled events, composed emails with an email signature, and replied to your team members’ emails using “reply” or “reply all.”

Effective communication establishes trust, sets the scope of your project, and defines expectations.

It also identifies challenges and facilitates problem solving.
