In this lesson, you will create a marketing pitch presentation in Google Slides, using
the Google Slides "Pitch" template.
A marketing pitch presentation is a presentation
you give to potential clients or investors
to persuade them to invest in your business.
It’s an opportunity to educate them further
about your business.
A business plan is often used to create your
marketing pitch presentation.
If you have a business plan, you can refer
to it throughout this lesson.
If you don't, you can use different resources to build your presentation.
Using a template is a great way to save time,
especially for big projects.
The pitch template provides a layout and sections
that are often used in marketing pitch presentations.
There may be slides in the template that do not apply to your business.
By deleting these slides, or adding additional slides, you can make the template work for
you and your business.
In this lesson, you will work on the following
sections to create your marketing pitch presentation:
A mission statement, the problem your business helps solve, the solution you provide,
the members of your team, how your business works, technology or specialized services,
and a closing pitch.
This lesson uses a Google Slides template, but you could apply these skills and concepts
in most other templates, presentation applications, or even on poster board.
