with your business.
One way to get feedback is with a survey.
Survey results can help improve your product or service and identify customers who are
likely to promote your business through positive reviews,
word of mouth referrals, and repeat sales.
In this activity, you will create a customer feedback survey using Google Forms.
You will determine what questions you will ask and personalize your survey with colors
and themes that complement your company’s brand.
You will analyze your survey data to identify where you can make changes to improve your
product or service.
To start, open a new tab in your browser, and select Google Forms from the Apps menu.
Create a new form,
and give it a title.
Now, it’s your turn: Create a new Google Form.
And give your form a title.
