In this video, you will brainstorm questions.

You will ask customers to get their feedback, incorporate their suggestions into future products or services, and help your business grow and succeed.

To start, write a customer greeting, and describe the survey they are about to take.

Consider at least five aspects of your business that could benefit from feedback, and start composing your questions.

For now, you are brainstorming.

You can add, delete, and modify the questions later.

It may help to think about your own online shopping experiences -- from visiting a website to receiving what you ordered.

You may want to include open-ended questions about the experience itself.

Now, it’s your turn: Write your greeting.

Brainstorm at least five aspects of your business that would benefit from feedback.

Then, start composing specific questions around these issues.
