You also should have received an email notification that your partner finishedreviewing your invitation and their feedback is ready for you to look at.
In this video, you will return to your invitation to review your partner’s comments. Then, you willrevise your invitation based on the feedback. Seeing your partner’s comments will motivateyou to think carefully about how your invitation reads and looks. Incorporatingfeedback will help you create an invitation that communicates clearly to its audience.
The purpose of your partner’s feedback is to encourage you to improve your invitation.
Keep in mind, though, that this is your work. You are more familiar with its contents andpurpose. You might decide to take some of your partner’s suggestions, while you might rejectothers. And you might agree that something needs to be changed, but choose to revise itdifferently from what your partner suggested. To start, open a new tab in your browser.
Navigate to Google Drive, and find your invitation.
When you open it, you will see the comments from your partner.
Review your partner’s comments.
If you agree with the feedback, change your invitation to followwhat your partner suggested. If you disagree with the feedback,you might keep your invitation the same or revise it in a different way.
Once you have addressed a comment, resolve it. Then, move on to the next piece of feedback.
Continue revising your invitation to reflect the suggestions from your partner.
Resolve each comment as you address it.
Some revisions might involve adding new text or changing an image.
It’s up to you to decide what you will add or delete to address your partner’s feedback.
If you have a question about one of your partner’s commentsor need more information, respond to the comment.
Your response will show up in your partner’s email,so they can answer your question or provide the details you need.
Once you clarify your partner’s feedback,make the necessary changes to your invitation, and resolve the comment.
To see all the comments your partner made, including the ones you resolved,open the comments thread.
Even if a comment has been resolved, you can re-open it as a reminder.
Responses to comments will be emailed to you. Check your email or look at your partner’sinvitation to see if they responded to your comments. Clarify your feedback if necessary.
Keep working on your invitation until you are happy with the way it reads and looksand you have addressed all of your partner’s feedback.
